Can I include drawings and photographs?
Yes. Use the form to prepare a draft, then attach the files in your own mail app before sending. This website does not upload attachments.
What happens after I prepare the email?
Your mail app should open with the recipient, subject and enquiry details filled in. Check the draft, add attachments if needed, and send it. If no mail app opens, use “Copy enquiry” and paste the draft into your email service.
What information should I leave out of the initial message?
An initial description, relevant specifications and your contact details are usually sufficient. Contact us first if you need to discuss arrangements for sharing sensitive technical or commercial material.
