Drawing and requirement review
Component drawings, revision references and the intended optical function establish the starting point. Missing dimensions or ambiguous requirements should be identified before a manufacturing scope is agreed.
Optical lens processing and manufacturing, developed around your component drawing, application and acceptance requirements.
Discuss your requirement ↗An optical component is defined by more than its outline. Geometry, material, optical performance and surface requirements need to work together. Share the available specification so the manufacturing scope can be discussed on a clear basis.

Discuss optical lens processing against your required geometry, material and surface specification. The manufacturing route and feasibility are considered for the individual component.
Surface quality, finish and any coating requirements can affect the manufacturing brief. These requirements, and whether any associated processing is included, should be confirmed in the quotation.
Define how the finished component will be accepted. Required dimensional checks, optical verification, documentation and packaging should be specified as part of the enquiry.
You do not need to have every answer before contacting us. Send what you have, and flag the details that still need to be defined.
Prepare an enquiry ↗Send drawings, material requirements and application context.
Discuss feasibility, missing inputs and critical requirements.
Confirm the scope, acceptance criteria and commercial terms.
Agree quantities, documentation, protective packaging and timing.
Yes. Share the intended function, approximate geometry and available requirements. A defined drawing and acceptance criteria may still be needed before a manufacturing order can be agreed.
Material, geometry and tolerance requirements are reviewed for each component. Send the required grade, dimensions and tolerances so feasibility can be confirmed. We do not apply a single capability claim to every lens.
Include any coating, edge treatment or finishing requirement in the initial brief. Availability, specification and inclusion in the manufacturing scope must be confirmed for the individual enquiry.
Please include the quantity required now and any anticipated repeat demand. Minimum quantities, lead times and production arrangements are confirmed against the specification.
A legible PDF drawing is a useful starting point, with the revision clearly identified. Mention any additional CAD data, inspection requirements or supporting optical specifications that are available.
Tell us about the equipment, component or technical question you are working on. We will start with the details that matter.
